Dad and Lauries House!

Hunter spent some time with us last Sunday out at Dad's house. That's the new swing G'pa and G'ma Houston bought for him...it's s cute. He was all about climbing in it himself.

And of course Hunter and Uncle Jason.

We all celebrated Reece's 5th B'day this past weekend! As you can see, Hunter and him were having a good time bouncing on the blow-up shark that's supposed to be for the pool! And Jason, well, he was having a good time playing with stuffed dinosaurs!

Peek-A-Boo

Last Friday I picked Hunter up from daycare and we were headed off to meet Shel and Alex for lunch. He did so good in the car...and not so good at the restaurant...then we were headed home. But first, I had to make a stop at Annie's Attic...where again he did very good!

He was fast asleep on the car ride home and I layed him down in his crip. I decided to help Shel around the house and do some cleaning and the next time I go and check on him, he is definately not sleeping but just peaking at me over the railing. He knew he could pull a fast one on his Aunt Shona...he was all smiles.

So the afternoon began. Changed a "poopy" diaper...gross. Then we just played and played. He was always wanting to pet Kemper (and even though Shel thought I wouldn't touch the rabbit, I did) at least 4 times. Anything for Hunter.

Then we went for a walk..well I walked, Hunter rode in his hot rod, pretending to be driving and honking the horn. Hilarious!

Came home, played some more...Oh, did I mention this whole time I am trying to watch Days...ya right! An hour show took me 3! I tried to lay him down, that was so not happening and I so could of fell asleep myself! I love this kid so much, but man he can wear a person out!

Hopefully he wouldn't mind spending a day with his favorite Aunt Shona again.

More to the patio!

The back of our house has been completely transformed this year!! Yay!! This past week, Jason and I added a few touches to our new patio. We wanted to add areas of landscaping and so we did! I loved our patio before but I love it even more now. Adding the new area made the space look even larger, even though it's just for looks. I am still working on planting but am getting there. So, I think we are done for this season...at least Jason hopes so!!
