Ok, so this was the first area of the patio project that we tackled. We started by digging up a 12'x6' section of sod next to the wonderful concrete slab we have...not fun by the way. We bought just regular old pavers to enclose the area and filled it in with pea gravel! The larger center stone is a reddish color and that's where our chiminea sits. By the way, all of the limestone rock you see, found it in the back yard. Actually it was dug up when our sod was laid! No one said we couldn't take it :)
